Doing What's Right

Doing What's Right

Pairing: Alice
Friendship
Rating: K+
Oneshot
Summary: Alice Cullen is many things, but at this point in time, she is Bella's best friend. This one shot tells a little bit about who I think Alice is and what would happen if New Moon went a bit differently.
Disclaimer: Everything Twilight is owned by Stephanie Meyer

Thanks to my pre-reader calin-durus and my beta Jadiona for helping me fix this up. =)

The trip to Alaska was a frustrating one. I couldn't understand why we had to leave Forks. I hated the idea of leaving Bella behind. Jasper and I left earlier than the rest; he really wanted to get away. Guilt was radiating off of him like nothing I had ever felt before, even when he had slipped and fed off humans in the past. I knew he cared for Bella and he hated what he had attempted to do to her, which ended up ruining what was supposed to be a special birthday party for her all over something as simple as a paper cut.

I also knew he was feeling what I felt and that probably wasn't helping any, so I tried my hardest to keep my emotions in control as I watched the scenery speed by through the side window.

Blood Crazed - One Shot

Blood Crazed

Pairing: Bella
Alternate Universe
Genre: Horror
Summary: Bella Swan may look like an average 18 year old, but she's not. Her mother suspects something is going on and thinks shipping her off to live with her father who is the chief of police will help, but it won't.
Disclaimer: Stephanie Meyer owns all things Twilight. I just play with them

Thanks to my beta Jadiona for helping me make this better!

I didn't know why I lived this way, other than the fact that I simply could. I knew it's wasn't right, more than that, it was horribly wrong, but that's what made it so tempting. Doing something you could do but knew you shouldn't… There's no real ways to describe the feeling it gives me. To others it might be crazy, disturbing, psychotic, but that's their opinion. To me, it's a rush, release and relief all at once.

Looking at me you might see a normal eighteen year old girl, but who decides what is normal anyway? What is normal? Maybe I didn't even look normal, but who knows, it wasn't like I could read their minds. I had no friends by choice and I hated talking to people. It was a wonder that I had even made it to my senior year in high school before people caught on to my strange interests. It was more than an interest to me though; it was a craving.

Author's Note:
I'm not sure I how I felt about this, but since I wrote it, I did submit it to the contest. I took it down everywhere else, so you should only see this one shot here on my blog.

He knew he was being watched. His eyes darted back and forth faster with each passing second. Even from the distance I was at, watching him in his bedroom window, I could hear his heart beat throbbing. I could almost see his chest moving with it as he turned away from the window. I loved the fear and I loved the hunt.
